Exhibitor Regular Registration Fee: $600.00

Please note, there is limited availability for exhibitors at the hall, so please make

reservations ASAP. Please note, each vendor will be provided with two conference registrations as well for those individuals exhibiting at the booth.

Tuesday, March 4th, between 2:00 P.M and 5:00 P.M. in the Exhibitor Hall

Wednesday, March 5th, after 7:00 A.M. in the Exhibitor Hall

 

Exhibitor Hall Hours 

 

Wednesday, March 5th: 7:30 A.M. - 6:45 P.M. 

  • Breakfast 7:30 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.

  • Coffee Break 9:45 A.M. - 10:00 A.M.

  • Lunch from 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M. 

  • Afternoon Break from 3:00 P.M.-3:15 P.M.

  • BBQ Dinner from 5:15 P.M.-6:45 P.M.

Thursday, March 6th: 7:00 A.M - 6:30 P.M. 

  • Breakfast 7:30 A.M.-8:30 A.M. 

  • Attendee Mid-Morning Break 9:30 A.M. - 9:45 A.M. 

  • Attendee Lunch Hour 11:45 P.M. -1:00 P.M. 

  • Attendee Afternoon Break 3:00 P.M-3:15 P.M. 

  • Attendee & Exhibitor Social Event & Door Prize Giveaway 4:15 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

  • Vendor Hall Breakdown 6:00 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.

Thank you for registering.

One 8 ft rectangular table and two chairs are provided at no charge. Table cloths are not provided, please bring your own. The spaces this year will be 8’ x 10’ and no more than two individuals will be in attendance to represent each space at a time. There are electric

outlets in the hall, but please bring your own extension cords if power is necessary.
